Beautiful setting, very close to village. Very friendly, english speaking owner and staff. Rooms very tidy and well-maintained Bicycles available. Lots,of green, nice gardens to relax. Bookstore have too. Perfect lplace to explore,the Mekongdelta and relax for a couple of days.

Location is good.

Very basic homestay. The rooms smell musty. Little or no service. We don't really understand who runs this place. There are mainly young people on WWOOFing trips. Very Basic service. More Suitable for backpackers or very small budget. They should ventilate the rooms, clean the garden full of plastic, have an appropriate welcome, offer services like dinner, etc

Beautiful surrounding garden area, lots of plants and very pretty rice fields. The room was spacious, clean and relaxing. On arrival after a long and sweaty bicycle trip, I was greeted with ice tea and bananas. Room has AC and a fan. The lady was very very kind and insisted she pumped up the tyres on my bike for me despite me insisting I do it myself. A short bike ride to the town, lots of beautiful temples to visit

The property has a nice garden, and is perfect for cats and dogs lovers ! It is possible to rent a motorbike to drive around The owner can give recommendations for nice places to see/visit Tita and the staff speak goof English and assisted me well in booking a bus to my next destination, and taking me to the bus stop (it can be quite difficult to do this alone as local bus tickets must be booked on the phone and bus drivers/assistant don't speak English)

The room and bathroom equipments are basic, with low water pressure and not much hot water But the place is definitely good value for money
