Ashton lodge farm

Ashton lodge farm was a real home away from home. We felt so welcome . The room was so comfortable and clean . The host was a lovely lady. Would love to back

I loved everything . I have no complaints at all

Ashton Farm was very easy to find and pre arrival had text to ask about local pubs etc, which was promptly responded to and answered. We were also offered the use of the hot tub upon arrival which we accepted. Very positive and relaxing stay, thank you.

Everything, including the lovely fresh milk in the fridge. Chickens wandering around the private car park, horses, birds and all of nature on the doorstep. Fabulous.

The bed. OMG, it just wouldn't.let go of me once I woke up in the morning. I'm sure it planned to abduct me!

Having to use cup/glass to fill kettle as kettle was too big to go under tap to fill.

The approach road is unlit and narrow and I would suggest the Ashton sign on the front of the building would benefit from being lit in particular for late arrivals. I passed it three times trying to find it. The other guest staying also said the same. You might consider leaving (if possible) the front gate open for access. Breakfast very nice and plentiful, WiFi fine but would suggest changing the complicated password to something simple like AshtonFarm Lock on the room door stuck which I believe is a serious Health & Safety issue and a very serious problem if there is a need to exit the building quickly, the wooden gate to the car parking is falling apart and needs two hands to operate. I liked the set-up, dining room was very nice and different Overall it was fine - - but with a little bit of TLC it could be very good

Lovely clean room. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Made.to feel very welcome by the host. Breakfast was wonderful. Beautiful setting.
