"Great place to stay, if like us, you visit Silverstone and want to stop in an area not crowded."

The property was as expected and maybe a bit more. The owner is very welcoming and answered any questions we had.

Everything was fine. Don't think I can fault anything about the property or the facilities that were provided.

"A good “find” in peaceful surroundings"

Sharon and John are really nice thoughtful people The room and bed was very comfortable Facilities and atmosphere are great Great place for Silverstone visit Just outside Roade so easy access to Pubs and Restaurants Horses , chickens , dogs, cats ,breakfast and chatting to our hosts very relaxing

"Relaxing"

Location was perfect for Silverstone and the breakfast was lovely far too much for me but my husband managed to eat most of it , our hosts were such nice people friendly, & full of fun. Beautiful place

"Cosy and welcoming"

My friend and I stayed here overnight, whilst on a lengthy walk. We were greeted with a friendly welcome from the host. The room was a good size and bright. There were lots of toiletries available to use.

Breakfast was very minimal (a cereal bar) but tea, coffee, orange juice was supplied too. There were some strange noises coming from the bathroom when the toilet flushed, but this was from the victorian plumbing. All in all though, a cosy stay during our walk of the Northamptonshire Round.

"Hidden Gem"

The location, large clean room, hosts so friendly and outstanding country breakfast. What a gem of a find, if you need a location near to Silverstone, please check this place out. Sharron and John just amazing hosts, room was lovely and the breakfast, what can I give that 10+, just outstanding. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Next time at Silverstone, will be booking again without any hesitation.

Nothing to dislike, everything was just right.

"Lovely place to stay"

We booked for Silverstone Grand Prix and was a lovely place to stay. Owners very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was comfortable and clean and we felt very welcome. Peaceful and slept incredibly well but not too remote. Would recommend without hesitation.
