Breakfast Excellent. lady who cooked was prepared to make me wheat free bread. Will ask on my next visit

I find the charm of Alderney a microcosm of Englishness in the 1970s and thus prefer locals who I can interact with in positions of service.

Cosy and comfortable

Very good breakfast, great choice and friendly staff. Clean room and great facilities.

Perhaps vegetarian sausage and avocado on the breakfast menu. Perhaps slightly softer pillows.

The room, breakfast and amenities were excellent and the hotel was very good value for money.

Checking in was not the easiest because most of the time there are no staff there, so check in is at the sister hotel, using the bar staff who are already very busy at peak times.

Breakfasts were very good. Lots of choice and food delicious. Bedroom comfortable and clean. Lounge very handy and lots of games etc provided for guest use

Not being able to eat in for evening. Eating out proved very expensive if you don't like burgers etc. Also bedroom at the back with no view and we missed being able to sit out in the evening. At our age it was too far to walk to the beach and alderney has no bus service.
