Warm and freindly welcome. Room was beautifully appointed and spotless;y clean. Dining room was the same. Breakfast, excellent choice of locally sourced ingredients including home made bread. Plentiful info on local attractions inluding walking routs and maps.

All was good no complaints.

Simply Superb with Hosts that make you want to stay nowhere else.A Spur of the moment stay for us from Newcastle and an ideal Spot close to Keswick centre.Amy is the hostess with the mostest and Chris the Chef making a perfect Breakfast.Loved every minute of our Stay.

A lovely couple run this comfortable and convenient property. Everything is thought through. The place is 1 min walk from a town centre of wonderful Keswick but on a quiet street. We had a twin bedroom which was spacious, clean, very comfortable beds, good hot showers. Tea facilities with fresh milk in a flask provided daily. Breakfast was outstanding with homemade bread, nice selection of local and homemade jams. Cooked English breakfast again made with local products. I also tried overnight soaked in yogurt cereal and it was absolutely amazing! The owners are friendly and very helpful about the area and we did a few walks which were suggested by Amy. There is also OS map provided in the room and Amy gave us a book with walks. We loved the place and in fact originally booked for 2 nights but decided to stay for one extra. The Cat Bells walk is a must! The views are fabulous! Will definitely come back
