"Lovely stay in Keswick"

Lovely B&B located a 2mn walk to the centre of Keswick - lovely room and the hosts were very kind! Breakfast was excellent.

No parking allocated which can make it hard to find a space nearby when the town is really busy.

I liked the host as they where helpful when I arrived in Keswick they gave me directions and helpful advice about different locations. The location is in a quiet street not far from the lake. Next time I come to Keswick, I won't hesitate and will choose Avondale again.

It's very hard to find something I didn't like.

The room was stylish and very clean. It was only a small room, but had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The guest house is situated in the centre of Keswick, but on a very quite street. Amy was a wonderful host, who made me feel very welcome. I particularly loved the breakfast they provided, with several cooked options and also fresh fruit salad.

Absolutely nothing.

"Perfect location"

Perfect location only 2 mins walk from main street, spotless, comfy room and delicious breakfast. Friendly knowledgeable hosts nothing was too much trouble.

"Cosy, great breakfast, excellent location"

Our room was cosy and nicely decorated - it was well stocked with essentials such as teabags, hot chocolate and biscuits. Breakfast was excellent and host was very attentive and ensured we had everything we needed.
