Friendly welcome.Lovely room with some nice touches like flask of fresh milk. Great breakfast. Would definitely return. Birthday card from the owners in my room. 10 out of 10.

"Lovely Avondale."

Beautiful room and had everything we needed. Great location and not far from the centre of Keswick. Amy the best host, super friendly and welcoming and Chris made the best breakfast. Great location and not far from the centre of Keswick. We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect for me in the single room. The shower was excellent, there was a good sized wardrobe and drawers. Tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk each day. Eco friendly atvthectop of their list. The breakfast was excellent, and the dining room welcoming within good quality cutlery and China, and tablecloths and fabric napkins. I could go on.Everything had been thought of to make the stay perfect.l

Everything was up to our expectations. Warm welcome and excellent breakfast. Liked resident's lounge and the little extras that wouldn't usually come with guest house accommodation.

Couldn't fault it.

Great central location. Straightforward check-in process. The bed and room was comfortable. Super clean place! Lovely little extras like fresh milk for teas and coffees every day. Shoe trays for muddy boots. Gorgeous Lakes made toiletries in the bathroom. Additionally, an alternative breakfast on a morning where we had to leave before the breakfast hours. Breakfast on the other day was lovely, and they catered for a veggie diet.

Lovely clean & comfortable property, beds very comfy, nice shower, very tasty breakfast. Convenient location, very short walk into centre of Keswick, to shops, restaurants etc, very enjoyable stay.
