Rooms and beds well thought out rooms Bed superbly comfortable! Access to a fridge with proper milk no horrible fiddly UHT cartons Landlady warm and friendly .

Breakfast not served until 9 so not ideal for people that needed an early start

Unfortunately it wasn't what I expected... The room was clean, bed OK, Breakfast was fine,

No kitchen open, when I asked if they knew where we could eat, they said there was nothing opened and I would have to drive into Bude to get food, or we could order a take away. My friend spent £10 on crisps, chocolate etc, we had come from the Midlands so tired after driving...I had what only showed one car parking space, when I was informed I could drive in to Bude, if the space had gone, we could park a few minutes away... We were on our way to Newquay with a lot of wedding attirements in the car so was very reluctant to move the car... It wasn't until late that I googled only to find there was a pub that served on a Sunday until 8, one minute away from the King Arms... Wasn't very happy... The rooms showed a bathroom only to find the bathroom was opposite our room, albeit it was ours.. To get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, lock, unlock doors wasn't the best ldea to be honest.
