Excellent value for money, Great location close to the sea front, friendly staff and superb full English breakfast.

Rooms are a little dated and the shower wasn't the most powerful.

Much appreciated breakfast, flexible time between 7.30 and 9. You gave me enough to eat each morning. I drank orange juice and made a pot of tea. I ate some cereal and toast with marmalade and had a good cooked breakfast thankyou from james x

Nothing really. I would perhaps like to try some fried bread slice. Or mushroom as well as a tomato. But I was happy with the morning meal and the food came out at a good pace!
