"A place to return to!"

We had a very warm welcome from Ruth. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We all slept well. Good breakfast! Able to leave are luggage after checking out which gave us time before our train home to enjoy the beach and have a paddle. Train station hardly 5 min walk from Brookfield.

Nothing to dislike!

This was our 2nd visit to Brookfield,and it was as lovely as the first. Ruth is a brilliant landlady with nothing too much trouble.Excellent breakfast,and she even upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra cost,with a shower and sink.Shared bathroom which is 2 seconds down the hall,all spotlessly clean.Location is fantastic,as its only 5 mins walk to high Street and beach,bars ,shops and nightlife. Great value for money.

There's 2 or 3 steps upto property on outside and stairs inside bit steep if you have mobility issues.
