"A superb traditional guest house in the thriving heart of Cleethorpes"

Ruth is a perfect resident host, from her warm, personal welcome, to providing excellent, made-to-measure breakfasts and many unexpected extras. Start to finish there's personal service. I'm coming back! 10/10 quality guest house in an ideal spot for shops, transport, banks, affordable dining and more.

I was very content during my stay and have nothing but praise for Ruth and her family. It was great meeting her son and two grandchildren on this occasion.

"Brookfield Guest house"

Ruth was very helpful with my accommodation as I have a bad knee she moved me to an easier room. The room was nice and clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good . The b&b is only about w minutes walk even for me so very close to everything, spent all my pocket money on the penny arcade machines but that was the plan .

I had a nice welcome n goodbye from the landlady and I had the full English breakfast which was very good the location was just right for me only several mins to the train station and same for the promenade I was only there for a couple of nights but I enjoyed my short time there n would stop again
