"I loved the room, the gardens, the location and the host!"

Our host was lovely and my vegan breakfast was wonderful on all three days. I particularly appreciated the oat milk in the fridge in my room and proper coffee at breakfast.

It's a tiny thing but the fridge in my room clicked and whirred at odd times during the night. This might not worry someone who was a deeper sleeper than me.

Location was perfect for visiting West Sussex. The breakfast was superb - nothing too much trouble to ensure you were refueled to enjoy your adventures.

Lovely setting . Plenty of amenities in the property.Close to Wittering Beach . Great shower, plenty of hot water ,soft towels!

Few spiders webs present - my daughter has a fear of spiders . Given the property is set in trees it’s inevitable they’ll get in .
