Great location. Near pub & beach. We stayed in the courtyard suite, which was very nice. Big comfy bed. The property is well maintained and safe behind electric gates. The owner Sarah is very knowledgeable about the local area and cooks a wonderful breakfast to order. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. She even gave us a lift into town when we had a problem with our transport. I would 100% recommend this B&B
