The property was very clean and comfortable home from home. Emma is an amazing person so friendly and can’t do enough for you.

There were some homeless people that were sleeping in the trees across the street which appeared to be consumed by drugs and alcohol which were rather noisy on a night so couldn’t keep the windows open. Unfortunately this wasn’t the owners fault at all and when we mentioned it at breakfast Emma did say we should have woke her up and she would have called the police. We didn’t like to wake her up as she so busy running around after her guests making us all feel like family, and once we mentioned this the homeless people had moved on. So not sure if Emma had mentioned this to the police.

the breakfast is excellent with plenty to choose from. Emma goes out of her way to be helpful which makes it a very pleasant experience

We loved our balcony. The view is amazing. Also, we love our hotel room it's very home, feel, and comfortable, also cosy

There is nothing that we didn't like about our hotel room or balcony. Everything was perfect
