"A truly excellent B n B."

Emma was SO friendly and helpful; the vibe was really lovely; the room was comfortable, clean and nice; the breakfast was great; it was just generally fab! The honesty bar was really well stocked, reasonably priced and convenient.

Step free access and getting around with a child weren’t ideal, but I’m not sure how much they could do about it?

Emma was a absaloute lady can not thank her enough for a great exceptional stay very home welcoming lovely and comfy highly recommend the laurels will most definitely be going to stay there again breakfast was delicious thank you so so much for a lovely stay

breakfast was great, lots of variety, plus the fruit bowl was a welcome suprise!

I'm over 6 foot, my feet were hanging out the end of the bed, but for 2 nights i could cope with that!

We enjoyed the breakfast very much, my poached egg was excellent. Lol velt breakfast, nice choice of food, really enjoyed it. The owner was so lovely and welcoming, very helpful, good knowledge of local area and places to eat. Room was nice and comfy

Best place to stay in skegness for bed and breakfast. The accommodation is so clean and the breakfast is fantastic 🤩 Emma is a wonderful hostess and I would highly recommend it .
