Location. Proprietor responded fairly promptly to my comms.

Difficult to find. Chilly once inside. Bed hard (used the hairdryer to make the bed warm enough to get into!) and low lying so anyone with mobility issues would find it difficult to get into & out of. Curtains do not block out light, so daylight woke me early. No decaf coffee so used my own.

It met my requirements. A place to sleep for the night and away early next morning.

Shower cubicle was on the small side.

Good location right in Tarbert.

Check in was an envelope with key box code. Ours said "null" so it led to confusion and waiting around. No one answering the phone numbers listed or chat box. Cold rooms, only a space heater. Bathroom outside the room. Bed was cheap feeling and fell through if you sat on the corner.

Very accommodating host allowing for my late arrival and early departure to catch my re-scheduled ferry.

Arrived late at night and I initially struggled to find the street entrance to the property.

Location and convenience to Kennacraig port Very quick and easy response from the owners answered messages promptly and arranged the keys quickly as it was a v last minute booking
