Lovely well presented hotel, we had the suite loft room which was great, everything you need.

Breakfast is self serve in a kitchen and felt slightly awkward with other guests sat eating while you’re trying to find things.

I liked the kitchen - it was accessible throughout the day and guests could cook their own meals, Very nice! I was at a conference at Queens, and the location was excellent.

My first night was great - nice and quiet. My second night, I had very loud guests in the room next to mine - they came in at midnight and kept making noise until 2 am - there is insufficient sound proofing in the house to deal with this. I had a presentation to give at 9.30 the next day and I was exhausted.

Loved the location

They asked for additional payment for parking when they popped up as a “free parking” option. The breakfast was lackluster and outlets were confusing.

No complaints about the room it was very nice.

Didn't get any breakfast there was no power on. I did ring the contact number and was told that it would be sorted it wasn't sorted so I just packed up and left.

Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Nice location. The communication with the owner was quick to answer and very kind and helpful.

Breakfast was quite poor, mostly sweet options and nothing salty. Unfortunately at our last day the apliances didn't work either, for some reason...

This Hotel had a self service breakfast which was very good, the decor was beautiful and the bed was lovely and comfortable. The added bonus was having a parking space. The hotel was in a central location for any visit to Belfast.
