The room was very nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was concerned about the noise from the street below but once the windows were closed it was very quiet. We only spent one night but found the location to be ideal.

I was surprised after reading other reviews because, in our opinion, breakfast was non-existent. Instant coffee, some cereal, bread and fruit. We have traveled Scotland, London and Ireland for the past 30 days and this was hands-down the weakest breakfast offering we’ve seen. Luckily there are many wonderful breakfast options close by. Personally, I am not a fan of the contactless properties. This is only the 2nd property we’ve visited that employs this method. The staff here were very responsive via email, however there is something to be said for being greeted upon arrival and at breakfast.

The room was spacious and comfortable but extremely dusty. Like dust all over the bad, tables, lamps, walls and the facilities. Dust on the night tables. Breakfast was good.

Staff passing us in the kitchen, without even saying "hello", found it not nice. Room dusty like never seen vacuum cleaner unfortunately. And not only the corners, but the dust all over everywhere. Expected better cleaning standards for 3* hotel!

I liked the decor of the place

The stairs , we unfortunately had the top floor and we had heavy suitcases. There was a lot of confusion etc with my booking to start of with , but was sorted out in the end and was ok . Not so sure if it’s the kind of place 70 year olds want to stay , ( which we were ) but I can see how the younger generation ok with it . The modern check in of no staff and all done with codes etc doesn’t suit everyone. Breakfast basic but that’s ok does provide equipment to cook if you wanted to

The room is perfect for solo travelers or couples—super clean, bright, and exactly what I needed for a night in Belfast. I didn’t get a chance to try the free breakfast since I had to leave very early, but the in-room coffee was a great touch and worked perfectly for me. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. As an introvert, I’d honestly love it if every Airbnb worked like this! 😄 LOL Thank you, The Warren!

For me everything is good.
