The bar staff was friendly and there was a kettle and bottles of water left in the room and facilities for some tea

I booked a family room and had been told I didn’t even though I had the screenshot in my phone of the booking but they wanted more money, then the girl said the family room was actually already booked , which i have found out to be lies as it was across from me and nobody has been in it!

The setting is class

Building itself over a bar was interesting nice river across the road bed was exceptionally comfortable noise from the bar wasn't an issue and a safe place to park nice river alongside .

Breakfast wasn't included in the price of the stay also breakfast was from ten till eleven so if you have to leave early no concession is given the toilet was seperate to the shower room and had no sink . Says there's live music on but not always the case .

J'avais signalé que le WiFi coupait très fréquemment et demandé un répéteur WiFi par mail à l'établissement. J'ai aussi signalé qu'il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans une douche et que l'autre douche était pratiquement bouchée car l'eau stagnait dans le receveur et que en plus elle était sale:le joint entre le receveur et la paroi vitrée est complètement moisi... Je n'ai jamais reçu aucune réponse à mes demandes, la communication avec l'établissement est nulle. D'autre part, si vous souhaitez vous reposer au calme le week-end, choisissez autre chose ou prévoyez des bouchons d'oreille efficaces même avec les fenêtres fermées

The atmosphere was fantastic. The staff was really helpful.

It can be loud at night, because it is on top of a pub. However this didn't bother me, as I knew what to expect when I booked.
