This is a wonderful place to break a long journey… lovely friendly helpful owner, comfortable bed, sparkly clean warm room, good shower, bedside lights & power points …Breakfast was in your room, a very palatable choice of cereal , porridge, yoghurt, toast, croissants, available to take away if you’re in a hurry. Highly recommended.

For our needs we couldn’t have asked for more … those who get worked up about decor might want rooms redone in a more modern style - but truly, it’s such good value that you’d be asking for cherries on the cream cake…
