"Very Much Recommended"

2nd time staying there . Immaculate and tasteful airy accommodation . There is a lovely private courtyard at the property where we relaxed . The breakfast is out of this world . Parking was easy and everything was all in reach

"A truly outstanding B&B with luxurious bedrooms and exceptional decor."

This is the best B&B in which I've ever stayed. The house is exquisitely furnished, the room was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. The host Ruth is wonderful and made us feel very welcome. I would thoroughly recommend The Old Stores and look forward to returning there soon.

"The best of many places where I’ve stayed in Wales"

I’ve rarely stayed anywhere so well thought out. Everything worked! Ruth is kind, thoughtful and helpful. I can’t speak highly enough of her. Breakfast was excellent both days I stayed. And if you’re walking Offa’s Dyke, it’s not far from the usual route, and an excellent place for a break.
