Friendly welcome from the hosts on arrival. Lovely views overlooking the park and really easy walk into Whitby.

Only saw the owner once when he left us with the key.he didn't answer his phone, no toilet rolls for 2 days, because it was so warm we had to have the windows open and his next door neighbour had a barbecue going 3 consecutive nights until gone 10pm so obviously we have had to close the windows.

That was it.
