There was ample parking and we had a warm welcome. We had a lovely view of the paddock with the horses. The bed linen and towels was very clean.

The entrance is a bit strange as you enter through a fully working farm, more signage would help. The bedrooms were very hot even with the windows open. The cover on the bed which was not really a quilt was nylon and added to the heat.
