A lovely farmhouse with a beautiful garden and fantastic views Mavis keeps a very clean establishment and cooks a very tasty, plentiful breakfast

Absolutely nothing

Knole Farm is great, it should be used as a benchmark of how B&B should be done. He host Mavis is very welcoming, the location is stunning and the rooms are lovely. Breakfast is top quality, so be prepared because Mavis doesn't hold back on the portion sizes! The White Hart pub, a 20 min walk away, is a bonus and a good place for dinner & a pint.

Mavis is an exceptional host, very attentive and very friendly, breakfast was an absolute feast, amazing quality and attention to detail , truly an idyllic home from home, soft warm bed, clean towels, tea and coffee facilities in the room, the homemade coffee cake on arrival was delicious and very welcome, I would definitely recommend and can't wait to return.

Countryside location with splendid views. Very comfortable and generous sized bed and room. Homely, furnishing and all details in keeping with the period of the property Excellent breakfast Very likable and attentive host
