Knole Farm

Mavis and her colleague looked after us very well and were very welcoming. Our room was a good size and everything was beautifully decorated. The views from the garden over Dartmoor were splendid.

It was a little cooler in the building than we are used to, but not helped but this summer's weather.

Beautiful location lovely room and very good breakfast

Adjusting the temperature of the shower was not easy but it was fine once I ran the tap in the basin and waited for the water to heat up

Mavis was so welcoming on arrival after a long journey, she showed us to our room and explained how everything worked. Breakfast was excellent and we really liked the ability to choose what we would like (pre order) the night before. The layout of the breakfast room, table and breakfast itself had the personal touch and all freshly cooked by Mavis. The location was incredible, lovely village down the road, lots of walks, fresh air and happy cows :)

There was nothing we didnt like, it ticked all our boxes. Was the break we needed.

Lovely staff, great breakfast and a very comfortable and clean room! A lovely location.

Very pleasant and helpful hosts, also provided evening meals.

Good and clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful .

Poor transport facilities

Splendid B&B in a working farm, traditional English country setting and ditto house and interior. Nice grounds to wander around and ideally located to explore Dartmoor national park. Overwhelming but excellent breakfast
