The accommodation was excellent. The host was lovely, and service at breakfast was great lovely hot food and an excellent cup of tea .

"Best guest house in whitby."

Clean and modern. Small but adequate room and bathroom. Breakfast excellent. Felt welcome from day one. Good location Definitely be back .

The only slight problem was parking. Was given a free car pass for the stay but sometimes could not park in front of guest house but did get parked very close by.

Friendly and welcoming at breakfast. Easy check in and great single room. Room 8 unfortunately doesn’t have a sea view but that is reflected in the fantastic price.

Leaving! Breakfast was great and I could have stayed longer
