Friendly . Very clean, nicely decorated

It was very clean and tidy

No faults with the property

Excellent location, lovely and clean excellent views out to the sea and the abbey and a excellent breakfast

No fridge to keep drinks cold with it being rather humid and the room was rather on the small side the bathroom door kept banging on the bed

The accommodation was excellent and so we're the host and Whitby was better than I expected

Unfortunately it was a bit hilly

Loved the building, location, hosts, breakfasts, and selection of hot drinks in the room and water bottle. Lovely fluffy clean and fresh towels and toiletries supplied, too. I felt totally at ease as a solo traveller. Breakfasts were great. You can interact with the other guests and the host Richard, or look out the window. Either way, you will enjoy a lovely breakfast from a good selection. It was my first time at a B and B and a very enjoyable experience.

Now, it is hard to find anything that could be better. I didn't think I would like the no contact with the host on arrival, but I actually did. My room was a single and a little small for me. This was totally outweighed by all the positives.

Owners were so hospitable. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

The bathroom is very snug, and the room could perhaps benefit from a blackout blind.
