Friendly greeting. Breakfast order taken on arrival so no waiting around in the morning. Tea and coffee facilities. Shelf for toiletries in bathroom. Good mirror and lighting. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast spot on. Owner is a lovely chap.

Really friendly staff, very accommodating. Really clean and food was really nice. Very short walk to the tram

Would have liked an iron for the room as had to iron in the bar but maybe i should have been more organised!!
