everything was good from the room to the full english breakfast the shower was easy to use and hot the host was very friendly and helpful thank you for having us stay I worked at the Hilton Hotel north shore for years in housekeeping and cleaning public areas so i have high standards and the wilton hotel is on par with the hilton

the shower unit had what looked like black mould bleach would clean that off there was bit of dust on the skirting boards in the room which started my asthma off. smaller kettle would be good in the rooms as it was hard to fill in sink my sister noticed the sauce bottles had an out of date printed on them i had to explain that the bottles have been cleaned and reused the tomato ketchup just tasted like vinegar not tomato ketchup and the brown sauce taste cheap not daddies sauce for a 3 star hotel you should be getting good tasting sauce's. these very small things would not stop me stop me staying again or recommending to anyone

Comfortable bed, but being on a busy road was a bit noisy.

Breakfast was very good, but extra toast wasn't offered.
