The room was fabulous. Great views of the harbour and and Abbey. Very comfortable too. My partner loved the slipper bath in the room and the fridge for keeping our drinks cool. It was a very hot few days when we visited, but the fan in the room really helped. The staff were also really helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

The breakfast hamper in the room was a nice touch. The only thing I would say is larger sized plates should be provided as it was a bit messy and awkward to eat with no table and chairs in the room to sit at.

My spouse and I stayed here for a night during the regatta weekend, and this hotel was in the perfect location. It's close to the beach, restaurants, pubs, shops, and other amenities. The room itself is beautiful and with modern appliances such as a bluetooth mirror, espresso machine, and mini fridge. It was very clean, had lovely decor, and the most beautiful views from the windows. There is also a bar/restaurant downstairs which had a lovey atmosphere.

Our only issue was the parking as its right on the seafront, but they did let us park outside while we checked in and checked out. So we didn't have to walk from and to the car park with our luggage.

Room and food were great and location excellent.

Nothing springs to mind

Exceptional staff super helpful when we arrived. Rooms were lovely and well kitted out with tea coffee WiFi etc. Pulled up outside to get parking permit and dropped bags. Parked car around corner in parking zone.

The staff were fantastic. The room was spacious.

The breakfast hamper to the room was awful so we had breakfast in the bar after that. The entrance to the accommodation was round the back of the bar and accessed by steep flights of stairs that we weren’t aware of. There was no lift but, luckily my husband and I managed!
