Excellent location, great bar and bistro, and very friendly and helpful staff

The breakfast in the room was good but one morning we had breakfast in the Lounge but missed any cereal, yoghurt or fruit

Stayed here a few times, great central location, friendly staff and we had a lovely meal upon arrival.

We were woken up at 7.30am by the noise from outside/downstairs- we were assuming it was a delivery of some sort (possibly kegs?) but then we had to listen to what sounded like a door being fixed/hung upstairs. Lots of hammering, drilling and a planing machine. Not good at all. Breakfast was a £5 supplement to eat downstairs and the parking ticket is now £3 which I feel when you’re paying £171 a night (Sunday) it should be included.

Staff very friendly and really helpful. Good location.

Over-priced for what was provided. Strange door access system (the next door alarm went off waking us up one night). Full breakfast not included.

The bed was really comfortable and the views were lovely

The only thing I didn't like was that you wasn't allowed a take away in the room.

Breakfast didn’t get delivered to our room on the second morning. Poor system, no pen provided. Had to settle for a takeaway sandwich.
