Everything, excellent room, very comfortable large bed, heating control in the bathroom made it very cosy, nespresso coffee machine and fresh milk and water in the fridge was a nice touch, all staff exceptionally helpful.

Nothing. The bathroom could do with a few hooks to hang towels/robes and a shelf or somewhere to put toiletries/shower stuff … but that’s only a minor suggestion to the property for improvement! Definitely recommend for a stay in Whitby.

Room comfortable, slept well. Good sound insulation. Coffee and tea facilities with milk in the fridge. good shower. The staff were friendly.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing in the bar.

breakfast was excellent, we were a little surprised we had to pay extra for a cooked breakfast, but the quality was good.

Fantastic location, great views from our window. Friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. We loved the bluetooth mirror 😃.

Ideal location with fabulous views of the abbey and harbour. Clean, comfortable room with everything we could have needed. Friendly and helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Fantastic breakfast being included was a welcome bonus.

There was nothing to dislike. A real gem of a find.
