Lovely welcome from hosts: as you'd expect from a guesthouse, there were instructions on how to enter property and organised key boxes with codes to access. I felt welcomed even by the text and the room was bright and clean, well presented so that helps with welcome. A lovely room, good value for money and I'd definitely stay again.

I think car park places could be slightly clearer. There were numbers which I assumed were for room numbers, but my room was at a corner with another room. So I was concerned that if I parked there in a busy time I could get blocked in. Also sharp brambles growing over into car park made access to my boot very tricky. I think the text code idea was great but I was a bit concerned that if I left without my phone I would be locked out of main residence if I couldn't remember code. Admittedly this is a guesthouse so I suppose it's up to the guest to take care with that one! There was a phone number on the door, so maybe with some help from a neighbour I'd have found a way in.

Ideal location for us to visit friends in Coventry nice clean room well stocked with tea and coffee facilities and even biscuits good size car park

Couldn’t get to the blinds and curtains without climbing on bed, someone did park in our numbered parking bay when we returned from evening out.

The property is refusing to provide an invoice, though booking.com says they are required to.

A very quiet place. Very good contact with the owners. I was upgraded to a larger, more comfortable room.. Big free parking behind the house.
