Easy self check in, simple comfortable room where everything worked.

Cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling and some leftover rubbish behind the bedside cabinets. Rear car park could do with proper bays to prevent selfish other guests from parking like idiots.

It was near to where I needed to be the next day.

Not as clean as it could be. Mould in the shower, cobwebs covering the bathroom window. The mugs needed a proper clean, they were stained inside. The spoon for the coffee had not been washed at all. I was also unable to adjust the heat in the shower which was too cold.

Uncomfortable bed. Shower had slanted roof so kept banging my head and I’m only 5’ 8”. Tea and coffee making facility but sugar was solid therefore didn’t come out of packet and no cups just glasses.

Very clean there was everything required for showering, tea, coffee etc

The toilet cistern was noisy throughout the night.

Heating wasn't on and it was very cold. I've been staying in room 16 several times and couldn't connect to Wifi

Very local to where I work Clear instructions for entry etc Offered everything I needed
