Hosts are excellent and the facilities are basic but clean and good value for money. Location is good for main routes and car parking is good. Property is well kept.

Could have done with a more comfortable chair as I have back pain. Also would have liked to see decaf tea bags as I can’t drink caffeinated tea or coffee. One other thing (which I understand you don’t have any control over) is the Oak pub. Food is shocking!
