Stunning barn conversion, beautiful location, spacious room with own patio (Swan Room), most hospitable landlady.

Not the property but the access road from main road is very narrow and steep so one worries a bit about meeting another car, but actually in 9 or so trips we never did have a problem!

"Absolutely amazing!"

Property is absolutely amazing - clean, stunning views of fields and cows, peaceful and the owners were so sweet. Little touches made it extra special - monoculars and a stargazing book for viewing the stars and a lovely little basket of treats when we arrived. Property is well equipped with everything you need. Myself and my partner had the most relaxing weekend and have already spoke about booking again for next year.

Pillows were not the comfiest however, this is personal preference!! I still slept well. If you are fussy with pillows, I recommend bringing your own.

"Fabulous experience all round"

Fab location for triathlon training and if you’re used to a country home / farm this is epic. Loved playing with the dog, Chatting with the owners and the runs around the South Downs way.. Good pubs and restaurants close by and c 2:30 from Cambridge and 90 mins from london Breakfast are fabulous!

Clearly thought a lot about what they wanted to provide and I can’t see a negative

"Lovely weekend break near Arundel"

Location was lovely. Lovely views. Nice welcome pack. Friendly and helpful host. Comfortable bed. Everything really clean and well equipped. Lots to do in the area. Nice pubs for dinner nearby.

"A perfect stay"

Everything was fantastic - the room, the location and the views. The breakfast basket was delicious and such a nice touch. Both of the hosts went above and beyond to help us - picking us up from the station and very kindly dropping us off when we were leaving. We had a perfect weekend and wouldn't have changed anything. We already can't wait to come back!

Great location, Susan was very friendly and welcoming. Lovely enviroment, everwhere was lovely and clean. Fantastic shower.

Hand rail in the shower would of been helpful for those not so steady on there feet.
