Nothing we didn't like ,hard pressed to think of anything negative about the place

From arriving to leaving the host of the b and b was welcoming and very helpful, with great recommendations for places to eat and visit. A stay with luxury and one to definitely recommend. Great location very quite with easy access to town just 10 mins away.

Very large room with comfortable seating, mini fridge, bathroom with bath and shower, separate drying rooom for wet clothing, very clean throughout. Excellent host who really cares about his guests, very helpful with local amenities, Lots of walking nearby. My go to place in the lakes from now on.

This is a small bed and breakfast but the quality of the room was just fantastic. They have really made such an effort to make it feel like a home from Home. The room was massive, the bed was excellent. The bathroom had a great shower or a bath. Lovely and clean. Great location. I will be going back again. Just superbly done.

The best B&B we have ever been to! The room was perfect with everything you could possibly want and more. The room was so well equipped from a fantastic range of teas and coffees, to battery candles in the bath, to sleeping masks available and a fantastic use of a drying room when we got soggy in the typical Lake District weather. The breakfast was fantastic with a range of cereals, yoghurts and fruits followed by a cooked breakfast. John and his wife were fantastic hosts - generally interested in what we were doing and offering advice about the local area. We couldn’t have asked for better… so much so that we’ve already booked it again!

Very well appointed room with super king bed, sofa and large bathroom. Drying room available if needed. Parking space. The owner John was very friendly and helpful with tips and advice about the area including local walks.

Couldn’t fault it.

Room was amazing massive bedroom settee fridge in room bathroom had shower separate bath. Also room had big TV and netfix.room was absolutely spotless. Hosts were fantastic couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was beautiful plenty tea coffee and milk in room.

Everything was 10 out of 10

Our room was tastefully decorated with a modern spa-like restroom. Breakfast was Cumbrian gourmet each morning. Best of all, our host John, treated us like family. We enjoyed our conversations with him and we could have spent hours enjoying his interesting stories and insights.

There is not a thing we could add here that we didn’t like.

We were welcomed by the owner John,who showed us to our room . John was incredibly helpful advising us on what the local area had to offer ,restaurants to eat at and local drives to make the most of our short stay. The accommodation and breakfast along with the breakfast options were 1st class .
