"Outstanding accommodation in a very good location."

We received a warm welcome from John who showed us to our very large stunning room with a queen size bed, a leather recliner settee and unbelievable en suite. The breakfast menu had good choices including vegetarian and vegan. We ate looking out onto the garden patio. The building was an exceptionally good barn conversion with very well kept garden and ideally situated for Keswick. All very good.

Everything about Lords Seat is exceptional. Accommodation was first class. Friendly and welcoming owner. Breakfast was exceptional. Could not fault one single thing. We will return in 2024, for sure.

We had a lovely stay at Lords Seat. room was beautifully prepared and our hosts were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. The area was quiet yet within easy reach of Keswick and other lakeland areas.
