Close to town centre and places to eat, accommodation was nice and quiet, located near ferry port, easy to find, had a bath, host was there at 3pm to let us in, breakfast provided was cereal and toast and Joe said he would provide fruit and yoghurt if required.

Parking is advertised as free but not on Queen St, but on two nearby side roads. First day we managed to get spot fairly close to accommodation to off load bags, the day we left not so lucky as the streets were full and had to park further away, just glad it wasn’t raining. Whole house very cold, heater provided for bedroom, but bathroom, kitchen and hallways were freezing. Window in hall by bedroom propped open because an electric cable is running through. Bathroom floor and bath not clean, hot water yes but the whole room very very cold. Kitchen tea towel and hand towel not fresh, frying pan rusty so didn’t use. Kitchen just had general air of neglect and shabby, wouldn’t take much effort to make it lived in and comfortable.

The room was great and had all the facilities needed. They had a wide range of cereals for breakfast. They didn't restock the bread though but we had what we needed.

The cleanliness was brilliant

The room was freezing no radiator just a little heater woke up freezing in the morning

To be honest nothing. It was my worst hotel experiance I’ve ever experienced so far !

When we arrive pillows was smelling disgusting. And they had marked by bleach and room was freezing as well. We are ill at the moment.
