Room is clean,spacious. Location is in city centre which is very practical. Breakfast is delicious and freshly made. Amenities are provided and bathroom is clean

Everything was great, there was nothing I didn't like.

"Nice stopover for quick visit to central Bristol"

Big, high ceilinged Georgian house in a quiet city square. Unusual communal atmosphere to kitchen and breakfast. Parking was easy: overnight on the square and in nearby multi-storey in the day.

No tea making in room.

"Fabulous and relaxing stay at the centre of Bristol - will definitely be returning!"

Beautifully kept property and centrally located close to university and town centre. Walkable to the Clifton Downs, Harbourside, Clifton Village and Suspension Bridge. Amazing staff and delicious breakfast.

There is a well-equipped kitchen on the 1st floor but it would be great if tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge were provided on the 4th floor.

"A Georgian Gem"

Not far from central attractions, if a bit uphill, in a Georgian Square with plenty of cafes & eateries locally. Extremely clean and well maintained property, with a wonderful guest kitchen & sitting room set-up. I had the cooked breakfast option on 2nd morning and it was wonderful (thank you Karen) & v good value. Very friendly staff, with quick message response times etc.

My room (Cedar) was a tad on the small side but had extremely clever use of space, fittings and fixtures in its lay-out & design. Very comfortable double bed.
