Great room, bar great and locals all very friendly, host was super

Breakfast was provided in local cafe but didn’t start till 9 so 1st day I was out before cafe opened and fortunately was able to get breakfast in cafe at lunch time. No room service during stay so milks etc not topped up or cups/glasses washed.

"Great location in a fine Irish town. Comfortable, clean and friendly accommodation"

8.0

The breakfast is served at Cafe Cova around the corner from the pub. It was a confusing menu, in that we weren't sure about what was included. We were handed vouchers at the pub for the duration of our stay and then handed them in at the cafe each morning. But the alternative to a cooked breakfast was TOAST which seemed odd and just ONE drink not fruit juice and Tea. If you had cereal you appeared not be able to have a cooked breakfast. However the breakfast and cafe were lovely and staff very pleasant. Parking was street parking and it was free and readily available. Cushendall is a very pleasant little town with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Great access to County Antrim Glens and Coast. Clare who runs the accommodation is a real asset to the business- nothing is too much trouble and she works very hard to ensure we had everything we needed

Aside from the Chinese takeaway in town there was nowhere that served especially decent food- average at best. We ate the takeaway (recommended by everyone) we purchased in the pub and Clare kindly provided us with plates and cutlery. We didn't try the restaurant at the golf club however, which we heard on our last day of our holiday was very good

"Good location"

Good central location and easy car park. Was very loud until 2AM (no surprise given it's above a bar) and certain parts of the room could have done with being cleaned again (dead spider in shower tray)

"Nice, private, comfortable stay right in the centre of everything."

7.0

The breakfast obtained with an accommodation included voucher was obtained in a nearby restaurant. It was very good. I was not made aware that restaurant was closed on Tuesday and so my voucher for that day was worthless.

There was an annoying flimsy creeping mat in the bathroom which could be replaced by a shower mat draped over shower partition?
