CopperBeech Bed and Breakfast

Its was very cute! The rooms were a decent size!! The room was super clean and tidy.

Online it mentioned there would be a cooked breakfast on the booking however there was only a Continental breakfast. The choice of that was really good still but was looking forward to a nice breakfast. This might have been from the previous owner, if so this needs updating.

For our plans, the location was perfect. The host was extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. The room was a good size and well equipped with drinks facilities a fan and fridge. Coffee, tea , milk and water was supplied. Plenty of sockets and USB charging points. A big smart tv and the best shower I've had in any B&B anywhere. Although it was only a continental style breakfast, the choice was very good with plenty of offerings. Wifi good and plenty of parking. The King's Head pub 2 minutes walk away was very good for an evening meal.

As to not leave this box empty, we really had to think deep to have something to put in. The only thing we could think of was the lack of a bin in the breakfast room for the tea and coffee bags, wrappers etc. Although that could be due to local recycling rules ?

CopperBeach was a fabulous B & B, with a very capable and friendly host who went above what is expected. The room was beautiful, expertly decorated and so clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding was great and the entire room was so clean. The shower room was excellent and shower worked brilliantly with just an on/off button. The teas and coffee making was good with good quality coffee/teas. We enjoyed a really extensive range offered as a continental breakfast. This B&B should be described as high end/5 star and is a great place to stay to access the surrounding area. We ate at the pub just a few doors down on recommendation of our host and we were not disappointed. We will certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Nothing - it was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is excellent, being in close proximity to local sights and attractions, making it easy to explore the area without having to travel far. Thank you, Sam, for making our visit so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future!

We liked the location of the property, lots of places of interest to visit.

We didn’t like the fact that the owners had to put up with the roadworks, right on their doorstop. However it didn’t put us off from visiting again.

Nice, modern design bedroom and bathroom

No cooked breakfast — the breakfast is complete, but clearly designed to require little to no maintenance (small boxes and packaged food), which makes it feel a bit like long-haul airplane food. The room I stayed in looked perfect: clean and well equipped. However, the shower room was probably poorly insulated and had an old, mouldy plasterboard smell that spread into the room and spoiled the overall experience. Also there is a bussy road with heavy traffic right outside if due to sizewell construction..
