Probably the best b&b i have stayed in. So clean, great room and facilities. Really friendly owner,close to town,beach and pubs. Perfect 👌

How clean the room was, really lovely touches, even had complimentary toiletries. Everything was covered, couldn't ask for more. 10/10

Beautifully presented. Hostess is lovely. Very clean. Very big bath. Facilities excellent. Lovely garden area. Close to Fox and Willow for a good feed and a drink

The traditional Scottish breakfast that Karen made was delicious. The location was perfect, just a brief walk to Ayr Beach. I felt very much safe, relaxed and comfortable during my stay.

There is nothing about my stay that I did not enjoy. I'm grateful to have been at Blackburn Villa for the Ayr portion of my trip.
