Blackburn Villa B&B

Karen's welcome was very warm and she has thought of everything. There's fresh milk in a fridge outside the room, the bathroom has a selection of toiletries, there's tea,coffee & hot chocolate in the room, a dressing gown etc etc. Such lovely wee touches that make it feel more homely. She also has menus printed for nearby restaurants and is available for advice when needed.

Location was excellent for visiting different towns.Transport was very good. Beautiful scenery accommodation and owner were very friendly and welcoming.

A lovely cosy, clean room and an amazing host. The utilities in the bathroom for men and women was a lovely touch.

The bed was very comfortable however the pillows were a bit on the firm side for me.

I liked every aspect of our stay with Karen who was a perfect hostess,the accommodation was very clean and comfortable, we will certainly return and recommend to our friends and family

Bathroom was external Although the bath was huge and we did have it to ourselves so wasn’t a great problem
