Great location at the quieter end of Ayr. Short walk from the train station and also down to the seafront. Room was a good size with an area to relax in and a large en-suite. Good quality tea and coffee facility with access to fresh milk. There was also an enclosed garden which could be used by guests. Very dog friendly. Breakfast was cooked fresh every morning with a great selection to choose from. Was made to feel very welcome.

Lovely large room and bathroom with comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely too. The property was a short walk to the end of the road from the beach. Quiet road.

This was a wonderful homely venue and location, close to the beach. The landlady could not have been nicer, welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Facilities were excellent. The breakfast was exceptional. The best ingredients beautifully cooked. We loved staying here. A peaceful, relaxing stay.

Very clean house The owner of the house is helpful and very nice. Beautiful and well-kept garden. We spent a wonderful time.
