room was huge and spilt less. 5-10minute walk to the beach and 20minutes to the town was absolutely perfect breakfast choices were superb from full breakfasts to various light options and small touches like the fridge outside and the ice machine was excellent can’t fault our stay and will defo recommend to friends

"Got to be one of our best stays."

Everything was perfect. Karen went above and beyond to enhance our stay. Quiet location, Town centre and sea front within easy walking distance. Lovely spacious room, comfortable and immaculately clean. The icing on the cake was the superb breakfast.

There is nothing at all to dislike about this property.

We booked last minute to attend my best friend's funeral...nothing was too much for Karen. She allowed us to check in slightly early the previous day so we could call in and see friend's and family, then again on check out day, allowed us to get ready for the funeral and check out a little over an hour late so we weren't creasing out clothes. Breakfast was amazing and there was a huge variety if you didn't fancy a Full Scottish. All I'll say is...Karen, you're amazing and run a fantastic B&B opening your home to the public...don't change a thing its perfect. Thank you for your understanding and for being a terrific hostess, Linzi and I will definitely be back x

We liked everything. The room was really cosy, and the breakfasts were fantastic. I loved how homely it felt. Loved that there were cat's it was a really nice place to have a quiet and relaxing getaway. We would definitely be back in the future

The location was great, central and very close to the sea and local restaurants. Amazing host Karen was warm and welcoming.. This is a beautiful and restful place to stay with excellent breakfast of your choice. This whole stay was magical!! Will highly recommend this place to anyone.
