Lovely and attentive Host. Great residents lounge. Very good full english breakfast and coffee. Great location, a couple of nice pubs in walking distance of the farm.

Amazing Tudor property. Peaceful location. Fabulous countryside views. Friendly host. Could walk to several pubs in Long Itchington for evening meals (20 minute walk approx) Really comfortable bed.

"Beautiful chilled out Farm House"

The farm house is beautiful, and I have never stayed anywhere so quiet. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious we couldn't have asked for more. Lots to see in the area too. Although the Farm is full of character and charm it has all the mod cons you need. I would love to return here.

The only slight thing there wasn't enough hot water for the bath in the morning...perhaps other guests had used it all

Amazing old farm house, circa mid 1400’s I believe. Quiet, rural, and in a fabulous setting. Easy and convenient secure parking.
