The house was very beautiful, and steeped in history. It has many light spacious rooms, included my own, which overlooked the walled garden.

Lovely old farmhouse with huge rooms and high ceilings massive en-suite and use of guest lounge, beautiful views of the gardens and surrounding area, very quiet and peaceful location.

The stairs to the bedroom were very steep.

A varied breakfast menu. Hot and cold options. The house is beautiful. It is a short walk into the village where there are a number of eating places to choose from.

Serenity of the location with countryside walk to canal and pubs. Very welcoming hostess and excellent breakfast.

Room was large, well decorated in a classic but modern style with a super large bed that was really comfortable. The guests sitting room was lovely too. Excellent breakfast which was very tasty😋.

Amazing host, room, facilities and location. We were very comfortable. Sara cooked a hearty breakfast both days and was so polite and welcoming. Character building with modern facilities, huge rooms and bathrooms. High quality linen and room equipment. We sat and watched a deer and hares in the garden while the sun set from our bed. It’s just a piece of bliss in the countryside. Free parking and only 15 minutes drive to the centre of Leamington Spa. Many more things to mention that I loved but I’ll let you find out for yourself. Full marks from me!

I think blackout curtains would make the sleep even more perfect in the early summer mornings, but that’s my personal choice.
