Please note that only the family room can accommodate an extra bed for an additional fee. Please note that payment is required on arrival. Only children aged 4 years and older can be accommodated at the Claremont Guest house. This is a nonsmoking establishment. Guests who smoke in a room will be charged GBP 100 for additional cleaning. Any damages must be paid for. The property kindly asks that muddy boots and work overalls are removed before entering the property. Please note that pets are not allowed in the dinning room Street parking only. A deposit may be required at the property.

Clean and spacious room. Good selection of breakfast. Close to the town and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. Street parking when available. New chairs in the room. Tea and coffee in room. Clean ensuite.

Lovely greeting when we arrived we were early but it was not a problem. The room was a good size and a sea view it was very clean as was everywhere,plenty of tea coffee milk etc. The owners were very helpful with recommendations for places for us to visit and places to eat. Lovely breakfast our own toaster on the table they seem to have thought of everything. will certainly stay again and would recommend to anyone visiting Hunstanton.

Norfolk is a wonderful county and Hunstanton a lovely town. Des and Mo were exceptional hosts and did splendid breakfasts.

The Claremont Guesthouse in Hunstanton is situated very centrally, which is a lovely resort. Lots of local attractions and a regular coastal bus service which will take you along the picturesque north Norfolk coast. Des and Mo were excellent hosts, highly recommend.
