Please note that only the family room can accommodate an extra bed for an additional fee. Please note that payment is required on arrival. Only children aged 4 years and older can be accommodated at the Claremont Guest house. This is a nonsmoking establishment. Guests who smoke in a room will be charged GBP 100 for additional cleaning. Any damages must be paid for. The property kindly asks that muddy boots and work overalls are removed before entering the property. Please note that pets are not allowed in the dinning room Street parking only. A deposit may be required at the property.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy with a very comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely and very tasty. Very handy for the centre of Hunstanton. Great base to visit the area.

Parking might be a bit tricky at times if you have a large car.

There was a lovely cooked breakfast, which was cooked to order, the owners were very friendly + homely; it was a traditional English bed & breakfast

Owing to the street location, there was limited parking, although this obviously isn't any fault of the property
